&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PULSE SOCIAL ENTERPRISE&lt;/strong&gt; was founded by Dr.Deyn Natthakhet Yaemim, a proud gay man Thai polymath Medical Doctor-Artist-Inventor-Designer, who went to receive healthcare as a patient multiple times in multiple places around the world but was treated with discrimination, received judgemental and stigmatized treatment from health providers, and felt that painful healthcare is not neccessary and preventable. So he wanted to create something better than what he experienced from government clinics and NGO clinics.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;He invited his older gay brother, Bhirachat Yaemim, to help him offer healthcare through the clinic. Their mother, who was a retired nurse, and father also joined to support their sons, providing non-judgmental, heartfelt services like visiting someone&#39;s family and being taken care of as a family member. The first clinic was established in 2015 and was then called Sathorn International Clinic, located in Sathorn Soi 3 in Bangkok. With the increased demand of patients from 130 countries to see Dr.Deyn at the clinic, later on he had to move to its current location on Silom Road, right at BTS Sala Daeng, in June 2016 and called PULSE CLINIC. He chose the name PULSE because the family provides heartfelt services from the hearts of all their patients.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;When he started the clinic, Dr.Deyn had a difficult time with the government, which didn&#39;t really allow the clinic to operate without paper. But with the number of patients, Dr.Deyn saw the importance of data management, so he designed PISS (PULSE Information Service System) to operate the clinic. He started to collaborate with universities, publish his knowledge and expertise on HIV-related medical matters, and start to speak at international HIV conferences worldwide.&lt;/p&gt;
